We have taken raw materials to their extreme with the first ever launch of the 4 kg beer kit. That is 4 kgs of malt extract! For an ale, 4 kgs of malt extract creates a fantastic result , for the lagers we actually "only" use just over 3 kgs, the rest is a sugar addition to make up the clean strength we need for these kits.
