Dosage: 1 sachet (10g) for 20-25L (5.3 - 6.6 US Gallons)

Fermenting temperature: 16-21°C (61-70°F). Ideally 18°C (64°F).

Pitching: Sprinkle on top of wort.

Attenuation: 65-70%

Flocculation: High

Storage recommendation: Store cool.
