- Read all instructions carefully before use!
- Always unplug the Brewer before cleaning and after use.
- Before first using the Brewer, check that the voltage marked on Brewer is correct. Tighten all pipework connections.
- Do not connect the Brewer if the cord or plug is damaged. Use only earthed socket.
- Before use, always check that tubes are well secured with Jubilee clips. Tighten any pipework connections if they appear loose.
- Unplug Brewer after use. Unplug and allow cooling down before moving or cleaning.
- Do not attempt to move Brewer if more than 1/3 full, that could cause injury or strain.
- Place the Brewer on floor or a horizontal surface, away from table edges, any hot surfaces or open fire. Consider risk of leaks when choosing where to place it.
- Do not use the Brewer outdoors or near unsupervised children.
- Do not switch on the Brewer, if the boiler tank is empty.
- Do not allow cords to touch hot parts of the Brewer such as pipes.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse Brewer in water.
- Do not overfill the Brewer as liquid will expand when heated up.
- Improper use of the Brewer may result in severe scalding.
- Beware of hot steam when removing the lid and of hot liquid when removing tubing.
- Be careful when touching pipework and other parts, they may be very hot.
- Always ensure the lid is securely fitted whenever the Brewer contains liquid.
- Do not turn on or use Brewer when the liquid level is at or below the Min level.
- Do not turn on the Brewer when the water level is above the Max level.
- If filled to near Max level, set it to max 95°C to avoid boiling over.
- Do not boil with malt pipe (bucket) in brewer, that may cause overflow of hot liquid.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the Brewer unless instructed to do so by manufacturer or licensed agent. This could void your warranty.
- The Brewer should not be operated by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless supervised by a capable person responsible for their safety.
